ok, the "cyan powdercoat your rims white" post was obviously deleted. i didnt see any replies after my last one, can someone here email the post to me if they have it or summarize what else went down after my post to cause it to be deleted? did our friend blowjoobin stoop even lower in his elementary-inspired posts or what? im really curious? or was the post just lost when the forum screwed up? i doubt thats the case though

I didn't delete that post, but I did lock it - no more bashing was done, but it was getting pretty off-topic, and we needed to stick to the policies of this board. The board was fine after the post was locked, but I think something screwed up the board for the posts between may 12 to 22. I'm going to try to look into it now...

Hey Cyan, I didn't ever "unpost" it. Tha's why I'm confused. After I locked it, it still shows up in the forum. Being locked only means no one else can reply to it. I didn't actually "remove" the post. The board was working fine after I locked that one post, but sometime later in the day, something must have screwed up all the posts between the 12 and 22. Anyone know exactly what time this started?

I don't know EXACTLY, but I know it was right about 10pm. I had made a post and left the computer for about 10 minutes when I returned my post was gone already! :( It was the post related to painting the center piece on the tail light. In fact DAVE_FL had posted a reply to mine even before I left the computer.

Well with everything else and the board getting crazy I just read the whole post. And as my friends can attest, and my car will show. I can't leave well enough alone.

Thank you eclipse804, Locking that thread needed to be done. It was so off topic and irelevant to actually helping anyone on the board. As a general rule we all get along here, and don't have too many threads that get out of hand. Which is why I love coming to this board so much. I can always get help and good humor out of the people here. We've had many disagreements on style and opinion, but these can be stated without resorting to name calling, and arrogance. Unfortunately that other wasn't able to do this. I am more than happy to listen to others opinions and concider them, That's why we are all here. Wether I agree with you or not doesn't matter. If we all agreed with one another this would be a very boring world and all our cars would look the same. So what would the point of doing any mods be then?

I guess I'm just saying that our differences are what make this board so special. Enjoy it, and there is no nead to bash others because you feel a need to be right.
