Well guys I coughed up the $$ for one of Tim's shifter plates. The only thing I can complain about is that I guess for what it is and how its made maybe $50 is a little steep other than that its Awesome! It looks great, fits great, did i mention it looks sweet! well, mabe its worth the $50 :thumbsup anyway heres a pic of it installed in my Talon ~Luke

Its Brushed steel plate and the trim ring thats bolted on is brushed Alum, so Im not sure if i could polish it. Im probably gonna get a brushed alum dash kit too so it will match.
