yes I saw at the discount auto parts a cameleon spray paint and i think it will look very cool on my car ,have any one done it beforre , can someone give me some advice in hoy to do it , i just want to put it on some parts on the dash :thumbsup

That looked sweet. I did all that in Silver on mine but I like that better.
JOSE - Just make sure to wipe the parts with some rubbing alcohol before you prime and paint them. Also, they will look a lot nicer if you use a clear coat after the color's on. Just take your time and let it dry between coats.

Yeah, and be patient. I took 3 days to paint my interior. But I was very slow, methodical, and I sanded (lightly) between coats to get them smooth. After clearcoating they looked like they were wet when they were dry :thumbsup

its called glosscoat, comes in an aerosol can just like the paint

they have the whole camlean paint kit at checkers..u can also find it here http://www.autobarn.net/dupmirpainth.html... its made by dupli-color and is called "Mirage" its 20.00 for the kit, and covers all the interior pieces plus some..

comes in ice, purple/green, silver/green, gold/magenta, and red/blue. in this kit it has the primer as well as the clear coat.. I've used it to paint the interior pieces of my boys civic, and my miata. works great!... so far i've used just the red/blue and its awesome.. i'll post pix if yr interested.

hmm, i saw that silver/green was available...might re-paint my interior. right now its just silver...and lots of people have that. being as my car is also green, that color scheme might just work. anyone have pics of what the green/silver looks like???

Yeah I'd love to see some pics ...I've been thinking over and over about to paint or not to paint the interior peices I was going to paint them red but.... who knows :-)

Sweet! I think I wanna do some of this too. I've already primed/painted/cleared my stuff, think it would be alright to just sand em down slightly with a fine grit and prime over? Or will I need new pieces? Thanks!

will have the pix up tonite... and as far as redoing painted ones.. u should just be able to reprimer right over them.. and do the whole process with this camealon... I've done it with no problems before.. but if yrs is peeling.. i would sand it .. .someone else might have a better answer tho=)

(I ordered from that company for the first red/blue i bought cause it was so new.. i couldnt find it here..and they were great) cost me the same as buying it at walmart or checker. The only ones i see at checker and walmart is RED/BLUE.. GOLD/MAGENTA and the PURPLE/GREEN. The ICE and SILVER/ GREEN are too new to find i think.

You're right about the pictures not doing it justice. I bet when the light hits it just right, it looks wicked. Anyways, I think I'll be getting the red/blue. That's the red/purple right?

ya..the red/blue is the purpleish coloru see.. when its in the shade u see that purpleish..I'll take some better pix in the light today and send em yr way.. maybe u can post em too.. hope everyone likes=)
