has anyone painted the plastic piece that the wipers sit on between the hood and the windshield? or have any pics of it painted? i am getting a new paint job and i was thinking about painting this piece to match the car. i may get a cf hood too, so i dont know if that would look funny or not. even if someone has a good pic that i can photoshop, that would do too i guess. thanks!

i haven't done it, but my friend had is painted on his exterra and it looks good. I usually just take some armorall and spray it and it shines nice and pretty.

i touched mine up with a glossy black. looks good. better than that old dull grey look:thumbsup

i repainted mine with gloss black also. did the wipers too.

my friend with an eclipse (R.I.P) has it painted, you dont really notice it unless your looking

yes i also did mine and the wipers, mirrors and door handles too when i had it repainted... make sure they put flex into the paint when they do that part or it will crack.........
