no matter what kit you get, if you replace any portion of the cars bumpers, front, back, or sides, it will look better than stock, so go for it. i cant think of any production-model body kits for our cars off the top of my head that actually made the car look worse.

I think so that's whi I'l be adding a set of Battle Z Type 2 side skirts to my RS in nicer weather. As long as you don't add some really wild side skirts you'll still look good. It'll be just enough to set you car apart and give a little personal touch. I love the my 97 front end I wouldn't trade it.

Ya the Battle Z type 2 looks really clean, especially because it lines up with the door caps and doesn't need to be molded in so its much easier to install. I have these on my car, and I made the whole a little bigger, but haven't painted it. I'm trying to think how else I can modify it to look nice?

Do you need the factory doorcaps? or does the kit come with them?

Actually the kit does not come with factory door caps. If your car doesnt have them, I think the kit looks even better. I was just saying that if you do already have them, then it lines up. The main thing is, the BAttle Z type 2 does not go too high on the side of the car (which requires molding). The battle Z type 2 is like a stock replacement, good fit.

Yeah I've seen the pics and they line up nicely with the ;line for the stock side skirts, and I don't want anything too radical just a little something. I was goingt o get factory replacements but not once I saw those. I guess I'm going to have to get some doorcaps now too. Thanks for the info or I would have ordered and felt a little ripped off.

i have the erebuni shogun sides (aka the Vis Invaders) with the rounded scoops and the top of it goes up above the stock sides, but your wrong about molding. having the type ones by no means Requires molding. thats just another show-point adding option that makes your car even more undriveable. im not molding mine, what happens when you have to remove the skirt if a grill were to pop out of it? you gotta cut that bastard off and remold it all for some damn mesh wire. no thanks, just slap a tire company logo or body kit manufacturer logo above the part where the high side skirt mounts and it becomes less noticeable
