I have seen some eclipses with blue blinkers and also the main light what is done here and what are the benefits if any or just look? Sorry for sounding dumb but not sure about it.

the blue blinkers is from clearing out the amber in the headlight housing and then dropping a blue colored bulb in there... to clear out the amber, do the over technique (search it and you will find tons of info on it)... for the headlights being "blue" there is no benefit except for the look.. in fact, most aftermarket bulbs that give the "xenon" or "super-white" look are terrible for visability... although, the Sylvania SilverStars seem to be liked on here (as far as visibility and looks go). there is also the HID conversion... much more costly, but bright as hell :)
