Can I run the Hella HID System in my 99 Eclipse?
If so can I use aftermarket projectors w/ them? TIA

Yes, you can use them. If you want the 9006 size bulb and use projectors, you will need some dual projectors like I have in my sig.

The old APC projectors were crap. They seemed to have fixed all the problems with them on those dual projectors. I really liked them alot. They lit up way better than stock headlights.
