I was wondering if anyone knows anything about them, or has one? I am thinking about gettin one and was wondering if anyone could tell me the pros and cons of getting on. Should i stick to a normal kit??

The biggest con is that it will have to be molded to ur car. doing that means u will have to mold fiberglass to metal, and that doesn't work well. So if u daily drive the car the molding will crack sooner or later, but if ur car is a trailor bitch, then u should have no worries.

stock to normal kits, maybe get the widebody fenders and mold the front bumper into it or sumthin like that. They look sweet, but daily driveability is taken away. Especially in shitty areas to drive in (Northeast n whatnot). I would personally wait till summer to get a kit, i am seeing a lil boom in production of eclipse parts n whatnot. I am anxiously awaiting to see whats up all these peeps sleeves.

i dont have enough actual road miles on my kit to tell if it will crack or not. i have the kaminaiari widebody kit. install the kit is definately not for the weak hearted to maintain the right lines within the rear widebody peices with out useing bondo for a quick cure.

i think this kit is one of the most truley handmade strongest kit on the market. it contains seven layers of fiberglass. so its pretty tough. just tell your boys no more leaning on your car because that will put stress cracks threw your shit quick.. as long as the kit is installed by experienced individual that trully knows how to roll and lay glass, not just somebody that knows how to fiberglass, you should be fine. you might get stress cracks here and there up top with big mold line is, (from your door to the end of the hatch) or down at the bottom of the side skirt behind the door, were the widebody panel connects to the side skirt. no big deal though.

this is just talking from experience with my Kaminiari widebody kit. i have no clue about quwhees or custom. hope this helps sorry i dont have pics availiable online, were i could physically show you were the kit needs to be molded, i thought somebody else had pics on there install of kaminaris kit, if it comes to mind, ill let you know...

I am a daily driver, and want something that is gonna last. I just was curious how these things hold up. Sounds like i should stick to a normal kit. I just liked the look of it. This is the one I was looking at. If anyone could take a look and give me there opinion, that would be great!

I agree, that kit is pretty awful. The kaminari is pretty sweet, but it looks too much like a 95-96 body style.

best wide body I've seen is the orange one. Kaminari mixed with the drift kit. :)

yeah i am thinking of doin the same thing with the drift front..kaminari fenders front and rear and drift sides and blitz rear..it still keeps the same lines but its just wider...
