just get some assorted wire wheels and slap em on a drill. you might need some small dremel bits to get everything though.

Get you some BLUE MAGIC metal polish. They have it at advanced auto and hondazone. That shit works wonders. It will make it look real nice if you have a dremel but i did it by hand and got it pretty shiny. With the dremel ive seen them look almost chrome.:thumbsup

Fine steel wool, some effort, and some time.

I suggest steps. Use the dremel thing- it'll help get you started. Then use some blue magic and rub it down. I bought a cheap wally world buffer to help me out. It just worked better to polish by hand for a while to get it smoothed out better.

here's pics of when my heat shield was getting polished, I used blue magic and a really big buffer. Pic #7 is the finished product, you can't really see but it's shiny :D

That piece is actually easy to polish It doesnt have the unfinshed feel like the intake manifold or your Cyl head. Takes alot more work to polish unfinished Alloy. Right now I'm working on my Cyl head with only a dremel and belive me its damn hard but should look real good with all my other pieces. The head and the TB are not polished in this picture but soon they will be.
