I am about to get my windows tinted next week at First Class Auto. What percentage and what kind of tint would you guys go with? Its a Stock silver 99 GS. Thanks.

the tints up to you. how strict are the cops in your arear? what is the legal tint in your state? go by those and see what you come up with.

I just had my windows tinted today, My cousin has been tinting for years now. I must say it is a very good job. I did half mirror, half 5%, on my sides. And 8 inch across windshield and back window is 5% with mirror on the bottom about 6 inches.

I dunno- don't wanna accuse it, but just in case. If you are implying that this guy is me, check the IP or something. I guess the name is a coincidence. He probably just read a while. I've noticed on other forums- 14 y/o's will post about how they want an eclipse or talon. Or 15 y/o's. Then when they get it, they start posting more. Maybe he has an explanation? Maybe he knows some of these guys from somewhere and has their SN's. Could be anything.

theres alot of messages for this and i dont have time to read em all so if someone mentioned this already then my bad....ive got 5% all around and frankly, its a bit dark, id go with 30% if i were you. Oh, and i live in Ny where they are anal with everything and ive never had a problem, just roll down your windows when the cops pull you over.

I gotta get my new rims 1st anyways. :P I was just giving u a hard time. This is weird tho. 2 9D9's- both with a silver car, both 20. Weird. Your b-day isn't Dec. 28th is it? If so, I'mma be freaked out for real.
