42062, Rear glass replacement? How hard is it to do yourself? Posted by Kirby, Mar-04-03 06:01 AM I had an accdent a while back and had to replace the hatch. The defrost on the new one does not work and my old one does, and is also tinted and has stickers. I need to put the other glass in this new hatch. Is it easy and what is involved? | |

You can buy repair strips for the defroster if you can locate the problem (a couple of my strips are dead). | |

Huuuuge pain in the ass if you don't know what you are doing. Takes about 30 mins or so, depending, on a windshield for a certified, and decent, person to do. | |
