if you didn't drill the holes and screw the pillar into place, what did you use to get the pillar to stay in the correct spot? mine keeps moving around on me. thanks in advance!

3M double sided tape. The nice thick stuff.

I havent had an issue with them yet. Get the gray stuff that comes in a roll. Its hella stronger then the clear.

i just drilled in case i wanted to switch around the gauges or if a bulb went out or if i wanted to change the bulb color or some other stuff.

I have mine with just some large velcro strips but they suck in the cold nights and when I go over large bumps. :wary But where can I get the thick grey stuff in a roll? Is it just called "3M double sided tape"?

My gaugepods.com tripple pillar came with two holes in it, and two screws, and two little black screw head caps. I just lined up the pillar, and used a short self tapping screw to make the holes. Then used the supplied screws to hold it down. Put on the screw head caps, and works great.

I thought the triple pods were actually full replacement pillars?

they are but they don't have the littly factory clip that holds them to the car. you remove the old pillar and use screws to hold the pillar pod to the car.

it really is a full replacement but it don't snap into place like the stock one did.....so you either have to drill holes in it so you can screw it into place or you have to find some other method of attaching it. i just don't wanna have to drill any holes. and it def. wasn't smart for me to try and put the whole thing after only receiving two of the three gauges i ordered. i'm soooooo impatient!! and why hasn't my other gauge shown up yet??????? j/k, it should be in tonight.

Same thing I did. Works great and lotek makes nice pods.

They have it at office supply stores like officemax. Brand name is 3M and its just called double sided mounting tape. The regular stuff is clear but dont get that, get the industrial kind that is grey.
