What must be moved under the hood to allow the predator hood to close- and how ...anyone?

I think if you get the actual autogear predator hood it shouldnt be a problem, if thats not the case, some guys said they had to move the ECU.

I imagine they all will have the fitment issue since it gets rid of the hump and is more of a flat design. Sweet ass hoods, and definately worth the time to get it on.

I am the only one who know the anwser to this MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You need to move two things, the ecu and the radiotor over flow resevior. I just unbolted the ecu and leaned it against the radiator support, and moved the over flow bottle forward a little bit, As seen in this pic

nope, ive seen it on several 2g gst's and cyan never had any problems. And yes it is alright to leave the hood on in the rain.

thats odd, had it on my car for almost 2 years beofre i sold it to some guy on this board and i didnt have to move or adjust one thing. i had the offical aerogear. and the guy i sold it to didnt have to movie it either!

How exactly did you attach the ECU there? What size bolt?, did you drill at all or attach it anywhere else? Any problem with wires reaching? Fill me in the detials man!

With the radiator overflow, did you attach it at all to anything, or just wedge it in there?

both are wedged tight, they dont move when its bumpy, and you can actually just let the resevior settle where its mounted. it slips off the mounting point, and you can just set it there
