Now i dont know how many of you have it done, but i am just curious cause i am thinking about getting it done. The only reason i wouldnt want to get it done would be because i might want to change my kit up sometime in the near future so...it would be a pain to take it apart if it was molded on and just cost more money in general with body work and all. Also, i would want to get it done because it looks GREAT on our cars, and makes the car more eye apealing. I have the Bomex front (with the fogs) the Bomex Rear, and the Invader sides..and I am debating on what i should do. Please Vote, feel free to leave comments, and opinions. Thank you!

i would mold the sides..they look good molded and shave your doorcap..:thumbsup

think of it this way, if you crack or damage any part of the kit, think how much of a bitch it's going to be for the shop to fix it. also, it will not have as much flex in it, so be careful.

Mold it and shave it imo

they use bondo to shave it in and they do crack (with enough stress). but no i don't have a kit molded to my car.

I dont have a kit, but I think that it would be very wise if you didnt if you use that car as a daily driver.

If you are not gonna drive it everyday then mold because it looks hot that way. I molded my skirts on my gs and thought it looked pretty sweet. I am gonna mold my kit now too but i am not gonna mold my front because i know I will be switching it up every so often.

molded kits look hella hott, but if your driving it every day, no go on the molding. If you tap something, someone hits you in a parking lot, anything, then you are fakked. Mold the sides though, they rarely get hit, maybe even the rear, but mos def not the front.

My sides were molded with FIBERGLASS RESIN, the correct way to do it! It took a broken axle to break it. Don't do it. I baught my car with them molded on and i really wish the first owner hadnt done it. If they were normal I wouldnt have to spend so much having it fixed because I could do all of the work myself, but I dont have the skill to mold. Unless youre loaded or this is NOT your daily driver, dont even consider it.

^^^ He is 1/2 correct. The proper way to mold is fiberglass resin and mat. Not sure if thats what you ment or not but just wanted to make sure nobody miss understood.
