hey guys, i have HID's an the only thing i don't like is that they make my hiper white turn signals look really yellow. i was thinking about trying out some've the LED replacements they sell. i think the bulb size is 1157 if i'm not mistaken.. (the turn signal not the side markers). just wondering if any of you have those and how white they look? i know not that many of you guys have HID's so i guess anyone who knows how the white LED's compare to the hiper white turn signal bulbs would help too. ok thanks!

I had thought about trying that but never got around to it. I'd bet that the LED turn signals would look whiter but next to the HID it may be a slight yellow looking. I'm not 100% sure though.

i want sum white led for my bumper lenses where can i get those?

e'bay got 'em in all diff. sizes. pretty sheap too. i got my LED dome lights off ebay. they're really nice. LEDs hold their color way better than those crappy painted bulbs an stuff. (or that bulb condom shit). i think the bumper markers are 194.. the front turn signals are 1157

so anyone tried any white LED turn signals? just wanna know how they compare w/ the typical hiper whites. if i can't find anything nice an white i might just go back to amber b/c right now next to my HID's they just look a gross yellow - not white or amber... oh yea it's not so much when the blinker's on it's more just the running lights. (1157 is a double filament type bulb). so like when the blinker's on an it's fully lit it looks alright but if it's just got one part lit it looks gross. the other thing i was thinking of doing is rewiring it so it only lights up when the binker on an is completley off otherwise (even at nite).

i know exactly how you feel... damn turn signals.. before i got my HIDs, i had the blue 1157 leds... they didnt look like the blue i expecting, and they made your blinkers go fast... it says 1157, which would indicate the dual filament, but the leds dont have dual filaments... its one ring of leds that stay on all the time, and brigten up just a small bit when the blinker is turned on. i think that the white leds would look better than any other 1157 bulb... but then you would have to deal with the rapid blinker crap.

hmm maybe i'll look into that then... anyone know if there's big diff. between the $10 ones or like $20 ones on ebay? i think some have more LED's on them (like 12-14 LED's)... just wonderin about quality an stuff. i think i might get some 194 LED's for the interior lights by your feet too. they were *supposed* to be blue but i have those shitty painted bulbs down there. nothin like the nice blue dome light LED's...
