What do you guys think about having my valve cover and calipers painted the same color as my car? My car is green, whatever color the 97 Eclipse green is. How do you think the calipers would look behind silver 18" enkei RP07 wheels?

I think the calipers matching is a cool idea, but I'd paint the VC something different, more complimentary, ya know. The engine is really what separates us from the factory turbo guys and it'a whole other world in there. By having a different color "theme" in the engine bay, you set it off from the exterior...my2cents.:7

i duno if id paint either green. i have the same stock dark green color. IMO, silver looks damn good with green and iv painted my calipers silver and will be painting my VC silver or polishing it. you might look around or do some photoshopping to see how it looks but i know i wouldent do it...just my 2 cents tho.. do what you want, what looks good to you.

I agree with ^^^^ You should go with a light color to contrast.

My wheels are already silver, and if I paint the calipers silver, it might not stand out as much. I was also thinking of painting the calipers black. Opinions?

with that stock green, a guy around here did gold. it looked pretty cool. white also goes good with green but if you were to do that to your calipers, it'd be alot harder to keep clean.
