so yeah, i'm running out of places to put gauges, so i was thinking if i could find a right hand drive a-pilar pod(s) it would be crazy to put some temperature gauges there for the passanger (chief engineer) to look at? i mean, the passanger is the one datalogging and concerned with other stuff like that, so why not give them the responsibility of telling the driver that the fuel pressure is a little low or the water temp is starting to go up?

the only right hand drive pods that ive ever seen were for skylines, 240sx's, and civics, im sure you could modify those to fit, but it all depends on how much time you wanna spend

how many gauges do you have? you can do 3 on the driver pillar 2 in the vents and 2 in the gauge cluster so total of 7 which is way to many gayges anyways.

put them in the passenger side airbag.. you can fit 3 I think.

forgot somebody on ebay was selling one to put 3 in the glove box too..........

you could buy one of the pieces that extends off your dash, a guy on the board is selling htem. I imagine you could fit 2 or 3 in there. You could also mount a few in your visor, or put some in your headliner, or in the covers for the cup holder and ash tray in the center console, or make lil pods in place of the tweeters in the dash, or put them in the vents, or get the bezel that goes around your steering wheel hub, or mount them in the passenger air bag, or glove box, or perhapse randomly in your dash, or you could put the not so important ones on the right vent for your feet that hooks up to the center console, or you could get a piece of plastic to mount underneath a single din cd player and put a few gauges there. Jus a few ideas :thumbsup

hey thanks for the suggestions guys! i like the gauge in the "radar detector power port" (although i'd have to rewire the POTS for my passport 8500) idea, and the glovebox idea sounds really neat too. my goal is to try to have no gauges sticking up on the driver's side mainly because i see way too many hondas around with all sorts of stuff like "MONSTER TACH WITH A SHIFT LIGHT FOR MY V6 AUTO" sticking every wich way. i go to college in Lowell, MA which isn't exactly the most friendly town either, so having a car with somewhat hidden gauges is key. anyways, i'm done now.
