I think it looks really cool when peopl take out the center tailight and put a regular body panel watching the color of the car in its place. Where can i get one of these pieces??

as far as i know, you dont.. they just get the piece painted.

take center tail light piece to a body shop. They paint it, u put it back, it matches! :)
