I am in the process of buying Keith's rear seat and door inserts and sending him my old ones. So, today I removed the rear seat and moved my amp and everything, but my street glow 20" light broke. The tube inside busted some. Isn't the warranty supposed to cover it as long as the outer tube isn't broken?

yeah just call them up.... they are in wanye NJ.... you send them the neon after you call them and they will repair or replace it.. takes a few weeks though......... had it happen to the gold series bulbs...

alright, kewl. This is a 20" chrome series. Still good? it's not an undercar light. I doubt it makes a difference. I'll call and see tho. Thanks.

Man... Street Glow must hate me, cause I have used that warranty plenty, like five times, but as long as the outer tube isn't broken or else you have to buy a new one. Later

word then. My outer tube doesn't even have a scratch. What happened- I had the tube leaning against the "trunk wall" and it fell over. POP. All she wrote. I didn't think it'd bust that easy, but I was wrong. I moved my sub box and forgot it was sitting there and elbowed it over. DOH! Looks like I'm getting a new one tho. :) Thanks for the info.
