Ok from looking around on-line and at a few part stores there seems to be a plethora of fog lights on the market. I am looking for a pair of VERY bright fog lights but don’t want to spend a ton of cash. Can someone point me in the right direction?

PIAA is gonna be your best bet. Good quality and very bright. Otherwise, i would say to jus hit up your local autozone and get a pair of their baja lights. Then jus buy an HID bulb for it.

I got hella optilux 1502 with the blue tinted lenses at advance for like $55. They are really bright. I love 'em. I don't see fogs this bright on anything else on the road unless they are huge fogs, then mine are sometimes brighter. They say offroad I think, not sure about the clear. Cops haven't said shit to me tho, and usually they hassle me for EVERYTHING with lighting. They are a good deal.
