APC makes the worste quality products ever. My second altezza center piece just came off my car because it looked like shit. I just painted the stock center piece and put that on. I need to paint the rim around my altezzas too. The chrome color they use sucks. After siliconing and sealing and painting I think I finally will be happy with them. They should come with instructions on how to seal them and they should tell you that you need to paint the rim around the lights. That chrome color fades quick.

i like what they look like but it pisses me off that the key hole doesnt go in far enough so i got water in ther and know there are dried water spots in there :(!!!

I got the Hiper's manufactured by Sonar...they're supposed to be alot better than the APCs. They'll be here in about an hour, I'll let you guys know. I got them from altezzalighting.com, they've got decent prices. I paid $169 for the 2pc. 3rd gen. They've also got the 3pc. 3rd gens for $199.

dude, why would you wanna do that? They would probably leak water out all over your desk, messing up your desk, and killing the fish. Not a good idea man! lol.

but the only problem I've had is water leaking through the keyhole in the center, and that's easily resolved with some clear tape put over it while washing. Side pieces haven't leaked yet (knock on wood). By the way, I've got G2 altezzas (APC) and had them for like 3 or 4 weeks.

my friend ordered the 2pc from altezzalighting.com and when he was putting the right one on it cracked. he sent it back to them and they blamed ups. hehe. they are sending him a new one. any one know who makes the red altezzas? its not apc

Funny you say that, I sealed the two air vents at the bottom of the center lense and covered the keyhole with clear packign tape. You could never tell that the clear packing tape was there, but it keeps the dirt out! I use my hatch pop instead of the keyhole.

P.s. APC says the keyhole and two vents at the bottom so that they could receieve proper ventilation so the glue wouldnt come apart. Then, I asked, "They why don't the left and right tail lights have them?" and they were stumped. APC = cheap products, but still cool enough to buy.

APC SUCK!!!!!! When it comes to Altezza's. I need to take pictures of my middle section and what work I did to it to make it not leak. I basically had to take th middle section apart seal the bottom 2 holes and reseal it and then pulg the trunk key hole. It came out great. But it took hours to deal with this hassle when APC should have done it right in the first place.
