Does anyone know how to remove our interior vents so that we can paint them? I don't want to break them and need some help please.
thanks

try to grab them on the top and bottom. I have seen people grab the center part and break the bars. You have to pull the center console vents pretty hard. You can also tilt them and grab under them or on top and pull up or down and they will pop out.

use a flathead. the center vents pop out from the sides and the door ones from the top and bottom. like 9D9 said, do not pull or put pressure on the bars cuz they will break.

Yep, they pop right out of the center. Just be careful. The vents of the doors are screwed in from the back though and a real bitch to put back in without scratching!

yeah if u don't want to scratch it just put a rag around the screwdriver. the ones on the door i just took off the whole door panels and worked from there.

i just took out the centers, just pulled on the top. They came out pretty easy. Then I took out the side vents. I put a screw driver under the vent and pryed up on it a little, it popped out easy and did the same with the top. Only took a couple of minutes, no damage done. thanks guys
