Professional wash, high speed buff, and wax - $94

Tip for the washer - $20

Having a super sexy black car that is now totally spotless - Priceless.

no you don't it such a pain in the ass to keep clean. i used to constantly wash and wax mine, i had to do it about every 3-4 days to keep it looking nice. finally i got tired of it and now it looks dirty as hell most of the time.
35512, RE: Priceless....
Posted by DarkOne, Nov-29-02 11:34 AM
Yeah, mine too.. i got so tired of seeing it look grey i went and paid $100 for a professional wash, buff, and wax job. Best thing is, it has a 7 day rain guarantee - if it rains, they'll wash it again for free.

Yes, my front tires really are that wide.

Yeap, that's my RRE lower tie bar hanging down.

Those are 3rd gen RX7 rims.

yes, it was worth every penny :-)

NICE, i might pay to have mine done if i could find anyplace with a rain guarantee. 3 out of 4 times i wash my car it rains with in 24 hours. a couple times, it was clear out when i started washing my car, but a big cloud would blow over from the east mountain and get my car right when i was finishing. or it would rain for like 5 minutes, just long enough to get my car wet.

Sweet car dino... that thing scares me. The only thing that would tip someone off to all the work that's gone into it is the wheels and fmic. It also looks oddly like Juan's car hehe.

Did you put any spacers or machine out your wheels? Or does their stock offset and bore work?
35519, RE: Priceless....
Posted by DarkOne, Nov-29-02 06:20 PM
There is a 1/4" spacer between the wheel and the hub on all four corners. 1/8" will work, but not if you want the center caps to fit. it's totally unnoticable except on the front, where it lines up the wheel edge and the fender almost perfectly. it gives it an agressive, wide stance that looks really nice if you ask me.

Lookin good Dino. It does remind me of Juan's car :)

All the admin's must have similar taste. In fact, isn't Jason's car black too?

Is there a rule that says you can't lower a black eclipse?

J/K! Looks good man, but I would also kill the mud flaps!

mine is lowered

don't do it, there's nothing worse than a big wad of mud all up on your muff.

I'm special they made an exception for me... but grey is just a lighter black...

Looking good Dino, mnine is so horrendous now. Neon wasn't together and I drove in the snow and she is covered in salt and dirt and it's just wrong...
