I think they use the same sticky stuff that the stock one uses. if not then just go add buy some.

The chrome 3g emblems are hollow backed, with sticky tape filling in the inside and sticking out a bit. My lancer emblem was the same.

It took me 2 minutes to take off the "OLD (RED) EMBLEM" and 30 seconds to put the "NEW (CHROME) EMBLEM" on.

It has a Double-Side tape behind it and sticks very well.

Looks really Sweet too.

I just peeled it off.

It also has the sticky tape behind it. If yours is really hard to take off then you can heat it up with a Blow Dryer - This will weakend the bond and make it easier to peal off the old emblem.

Don't be afraid to just peel it off with your fingers. Just wash the area and make sure there's nor sticky residue still on the bumper when you install the New Emblem.

Like most Emblems on our car - you can just peel them off with your fingers - just be slow and patient.

Watch - after you get if off - your gonna laugh at how easy it was to do.
