The picture makes the light look green for some reason but they are really extremely blue and very very bright! This pic was taken in the middle of the day, that's how bright they are. I love them!

Hey how did you get your inside lights (high beams) to light up / reflect blue like that??

The car looks so nice with that!

It's the Hanabi 8000K kit. I got it from www.brucesspeed.com for $350 + shipping. My highbeam bulbs are blue so they just reflect the blue color in the headlight housing.

that is the second time someone pointed out that site as a place to find the HIDs but everytime I go I cant find them. Hell I even searched for Hanabi, but it keeps saying that something failed.

You can't find them on the site. You have to call them and ask for them.

yea what he ^^^ said. they're really cool. mine should be here any day now. just make sure you got a fax you can use to order. that was kinda a pain b/c i had to use the one over at my dad's office an there's like a 6hr time diff. btwn here an where bruce's speed shop is.

only problem is, is i called that brucespeed guy, he said they dont make HID kits for H3 bulbs.

I have H3's i got them from www.misterjung.com, i think these are by far the best kits i have seen. the capsule is actually molded into the correct mounting base and the actual light capsule is located in the same place as the standard bulb filament so the light focus and dispersion is perfect. i got them for 379. i would highly recommend him!

hehe well my HID's came in sometime but i was at school an went out after. so i came home at 4 or 5 in the mornin an there's a nice package sitting in my house for me from bruce's speed shop. hehe so i figured since the sun's not comin up for a few more hours might as well put 'em in... HID's own me too!! :P install was really straight forward. those've you that did this, did you mount your ballasts anywhere or just left 'em in there? seems pretty snug but just wonderin. haha i guess the only down side to my HID's is they make my hiper whites look really yellow now... (high beam, turn signals, an bumper lenses) the same way hiper whites look compared to stock. that's how HID's compare to hiper whites. haha i just cleared my corners but now they look off-white :P oh well...

I mounted the ballast for the driver side under my fuse box and I mounted the ballast for the passenger side on the bumper support thing on the side. The cutout for it fit the ballast perfectly and there was just enough wire left to reach the bulb so it doesn't look all messy.

oh cool. hey didja drill that hole in the cover like the instructions says or didja just leave the cap off (that's what i did). i dunno 'bout yours but mine said a 40mm (4cm) hole an that's waaay too big for that grommet around the wires... oh well just wonderin. oh yea now when i see how my high-beams look w/ the HID's im REALLY tempted to get another pair for the high-beams.. i know it's a waste of $$ for how often you use them but... they look sooo nice. haha like right now turning on the high beams doesn't really do much besides make the beam a little yellowish... HID's for high beams would be very nice...

damn aer they true HID? last i checked HID's were like 1g

yup they're the real thing. not imitation halogen hiper whites. i got the same kit. brucesspeed.com is runnin an awesome deal right now - $350+shipping. HID's aren't 1g; usually more in the 5-600 ballpark.

Not yet, I had to send my bulbs back because they were defective. One was purple and the other bulb was white. I should have my new bulbs next week, thank god for the warranty! I'll take some new pics when I get them put in. I'll probably have my dual projectors by then too.
