I've never seen this question asked, but hoping someone out there can help.

I not a big fan of the orange color interior lights on my console, so I decided to up grade to blue. I install blue indiglo guage and an after market receiver with blue graphics. Now the only problem is the a/c I tried taking that apart, but looked like too much trouble, so I went up and removed the section above it(rear defroster and wiper control) Most of the orage come from a tiny orang cap on the buld. After replacing it all the orange is gone, but now it its white with a tiny hint of orange (natural color of the light) I want to make it blue. Would it be as easy as coloring it blue with a marker or put blue caps. Am I goign about this all wrong. Help!

ok i think the center stuff has lights with orange condoms. so you could try replacing that. if im wrong and it has the same orange crap on the back (like the guages) then you can sand it off and paint it with transparent paint.

I took off the orange condoms. I'll probably paint the light blue
