I dont have any pics of the set up from far away since my car was still in the air (the rear) when these were taken, but the brakes really fill out the wheels. Excuse the dirt, it was raining earlier so I didnt get a chance to wash the car. Ill have more pics when my club has its meet on the 30th

i have a question for ya though, ive never messed with my calipers, so maybe you would know.. on our calipers, do the bolts thread directly into the caliper? or is it the banjo style bolt?

also, which calipers are you using for the conversion? just some of the gs/t/x? tia!

we have a threaded bolt that goes through our stock calipers, and for the rear I just used the entire braking setup off of a gs, if you mean the front those calipers are off of a Corvette ZR-1

how's the stopping power compared to before?

like night and day, Im actually scared to hit the brakes too hard once they warm up, I know I can brake harder than most people on the road and I can definitely see someone rear ending me because of it. My stock brakes were pretty much fucked, but with this set up, even with the cheap autozone pads, the car brakes SOOOO much harder its not funny. I gave one of my friends whiplash (well maybe not whiplash) when I showed the improved braking a couple of days ago, and I didnt even have the pedal down all the way.

any pics of the tb setup?

well most of the time we use the garage, but the garage was full of stuff this weekend so we just used the gravel driveway, which wasnt too great by the way. Yeah they barely fit w/ 17s and supposedly they will fit with some 16s. I did take one pic of the Jeep TB setup as it sits on my car, that is in the performance/engine section.

Dayum! How much would a brake kit like that usually cost? And does anyone know how much it would cost to get my drums replaced with discs?

At least. Kinda overkill unless you are doing some major auto-x but they look damn good on your car. Hopefully my bigger brakes will be here this weekend ;)

which kit did you go with?? Yeah they are definitely overkill for the street, but so is running around with 350whp, which is the least amount of power I want. I want to be able to burn through third from a roll like brynden

I went with GSX calipers and rotors. The GSX calipers look friggin HUGE compared to the tiny stock calipers. So now not only will my car be slow, but it will stop quicker ;) Lookin good Toney!!!

My buddy has that setup and that will definitely bring you to a stop quickly too
