hey guys, you know how the projectors with the blue lenses emit a gold beam? what happens if you use those with a HID conversion? is the beam still gold or is it white? b/c i thought the way the blue ion lenses worked was filtering out certain bands of light... like i know people who used hiper whites w/ the blue ions got their beam slightly whiter but was still yellowish compared to a clear ion lense. just wonderin whether you'd get a nice white beam if you used HID's instead. like i really like the look of the blue ione lenses during the day, but i don't think i'd be willing to sacrifice that nice white beam from hiper whites or HID's. i'm gona be buyin projectors sometime down the line an prolly gonna get a HID conversion too. just thought i'd ask due to the recent interest in doin HID conversions. thanks!

wow that's really nice... you get pulled over at all for that? also before you put in the HID's did the ion lenses really give off a yellowish beams with regular lites? i thought that's what most people said who had the blue ion lense w/ normal lites (even hiper whites).

hmm too bad they don't have the dual projectors w/ the blue ion lenses... i was pretty sure i was just gonna get the duals before. now i'm reconsidering maybe getting some w/ the blue lenses an doin a HID conversion... (i'd prolly do the HID conversion even if i got the dual projectors but i really like how the blue ion lenses look during the day)

Lukcy that I never got pull over for that HID :)
Oh ya, the blue ions get off some kind of yellowish light when I use the regular lights. Even tho I use those plasma bulbs, the light is not 100% white.

Btw, people are talking about a HID kit in other threat and the price is awsome, did u read it over?
