ok there is this guy i work with named joeseph.well joesephs brother in law lives down near miami and just started his own shop.well he designs body kits, hoods, scoops, etc. well he made a new kitr and ran it by a bunch of people including the guy that started import revolution and hot import nights and they loved it.so basically they want this kit mass produced now and only he is authorized to make it.well this is were i come in.he wants me to go leave him my car for a month and he will totally kit out my car.i pay nothing he pays nothing.the only thing ipay for is the paint job and thats only 4oo dollars through his guy. well he will kit out my car they will fly me all over to attend hjot import nights with my own booth at the show, he gaurantees magazine coverage, and faf2 is having more casting calls in december down in mia and he has been invited to attend with his project car (mine). he says since im rolling on stocks that with all the mods to my car that companies will probaly sponser me and give me some wheels for free.so my question to you is what would you do? he says that there are legal lawyer papers in case i dont trust him with my ride.i really want to. what should i do??????

Find out all the details. Are you located near him? THat is a key issue. And if you go to all these shows, will they pay to have your car shipped across the country, or are you expected to somehow drive or transport it there. It sounds like a really good deal - almost too good to be true. When Bomex did the prototype kits, all the cars got out of it was a free body kit (they had to pay for paint etc). And now for getting that free kit, they have to attend a lot of socal shows. Not worth it unless you really want to get into the show scene imo.
