How much paint is recquired to paint a car in and out? Includes engine bay and all of the interior n whatnot. And enough extra to be able to cover an extra part or two, ie wing or hood or sumthin. Jus lookin at the House of Kolors website and getting ideas of how much it will cost me for paint n whatnot....Also , how much clear if i went with a sparkle and/or a pearl?

About 4 to 5 quarts total should be enough, and one gallon of clear coat will be more than enough. one gallon is clear is around $135 though...

Thanks man :thumbsup. I was jus lookin at HOK stuff....Have you seen what the glow powder from them looks like??? I htink it would be sweet to get some exterior and/or interior designs with that stuff.

When I repainted my car I bought 7 quarts just to be safe, I only used about 5 1/2 but at least I have some extra. Just buy a gallon of clear and you'll gave plenty.
