i have barely had the time to rest, but i have managed to paint at least one of my doors. Next is the other, and redoing the center console. Then i am gonna try n get a dash from a junkyard, paint it, and swap it with my present dash. I jus figured i'd throw this pic out there for all the peeps talkin bout door skins and wanting new door panels n whatnot. All the stuff i have done so far has cost me about $30 and some time.

MY GOD, Deja VU. That looks exaclt like my car when i had the blue/white scheme! Damn, i thought i still had pics of my old paint online, but i dont. Oh well.

I hope you have more luck than me on keeping that white clean.

So far so good. I give "the speech" to everyone that gets in my car. Plus i use enough clear coat where everything jus sorta wipes right off. Plus most of my friends have either helped me out with my car, or are into modding cars, so they have respect when it comes to cars.

AHhh the speech. I still use it. People never seem to remember not to kick the door when they are stepping out and when they step in, they always kick the side of the center console. ARGHHHHH

your stuff looks good, dood. a LOT shinnier than mine, but its all good. and i wouldnt go buying a new dash. I took that beast out, painted it, and put it back in (airbag n everything) in like two to three hours (minus paint drying time) It is a heavy sumbitch, but its pretty feasible to have it in n out within a day, even with clearcoat and all. I dont have problems with chipping or dirt, and I live in FLA, so.. think about that man. nehow, it is very cool beans. welcome to club glare!!!

damn..looks NICE! seems like everyones doing the whole white/blue thing. i saw one car (Kieth Losiers) with that scheme and new thats what i wanted, and now it looks like thats what everyone has!! oh well.

one question...does the white dash REALLY bother any of you? im going that route, but my new dash will be pretty shallow, so i wasnt too concerned about reflection, but im staring to get worried.

New seats might just be my next purchase. I still have to repaint my center console. It wasn't dried and it was about to fall over so i grabbed it and smudged the fuck out of it :(. The reason its shiny is cuz i clear coat the fuck out of everything ;).
This might sound kinda gay, but keith's car is actually what inspired me to start modding my car heavily. I saw what he did and how well it looked, and i jus sadi, "Self, we can do that." So here i am, starting my long journey on trying to place at shows n whatnot. Slowly but surely she is getting there. Chicks dig my car, and thats ass i care about....i mean all ;).
