Ok Im doing a 95 to 97 conversion and cant find anywhere that sells those bumpers for cheap, also I will buy used if anyone knows where I can get one

well remember, you usually get what you pay for. Sometimes people will let a good bumper go for cheap simply because its taking up space. But most time, if you find one for 60 dollars, something is gonna be wrong. Hole, knicks, scratches, etc. if you want a brand new one primered, there is a company sellin em on ebay for 250 i think. But you still gotta get it painted, and thats gonna cost you 500 dollars unless you got hook ups.

where are you at? i have one primered like he^^ said + foglights but noone will ship it try ups fedex and fedex ground

i have a red 98 bumper sitting in my backyard. It does have a crack under the air duct, doesn't look too bad. $20 if you come pick it up, i live in so. cali.
