Just wondering what the cheapest aftermarket front end is. Whether its old or not, that will fit 97-99.

The cheapest is the one make like crap ;) You can pay a lot for a good Blitz or you can pay $150 for one made like crap from someone you've never heard of. And that goes for all kits.
Find an average cost...not the cheapest.

if you buy cheap it will cost you in the long run on buying fitting it to your car.... just spend the extra money and get a good kit...
