3178, How do I change my fog lights?

Hello I have a 98 eclipse Gs and I cant change my foglight! I look at the manual but it doesnt go into detail. I have tried 3-4 times which took me hours to try to figure it out, but cant. Also i heard that with eclipses the lights wires burn out due to xenon bulbs. Is this true?

Dont know about the fog lights,
some harnesses tend to melt with the "xenon" bulbs because they are higher wattage than stock bulbs
