31766, My hatch is vibrating and won't stay on Posted by guest, Sep-30-02 11:21 AM
After finally painting my rear center plastic large peice (that goes on the top actual hatch itself, below wing) I couldn't get all the little metal snap-on clips back in all the way and it rattles horrible with my bass and surround sound. I cannot seem to get all the clips in. Anyone else have this problem, and what do you suggest?

mike, take that panel off and take the clips out with pliers, put the clips on the plastic before you put it back in, and it should work better

Ok maybe we are taking this to a new level here, I was referring to the dvd sound when watching a dvd with my 12s and stock door speakers, lol. hehe.

I took mine off, and i'm havin the same problem. xcept mine won't stay up... crafty me, I took a whole bunch of Craftsman Automotive Goop and glued the parts that were coming off back on there. I told that piece "how it is".
