Shiet. I need money. After my new engine, suspenions, and no looks like my tranny is fucked up i have no funds. So im trying to make any money i can. heres the deal.

I will change your AC button color to whatever color you want. Here's the color i can do. Aqua. Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow, White, or Purple. I will use Varad LED's. These things are EXTREMELY bright and last 100,000 hours. You would just send me your full AC button int he mail. I would change the LED the day i get it and send it back. You might think the AC button is just as easy as changing the HVAC like i did, but its not. There are many problems i encountered doing it such as the only spot the LED can go is in the front. But when you push the button in (1 click cold, 2 clicks colder, 3 click coldest) the button has to be able to clear the LED. Now the stock LED is small, the ones I use are about 3 times the size. SO I have to actaully shave the leds. Also fitting wires is a problem to. The hole in your HVAC that the AC button goes into is just big enuff to fit the button. If you try to fit any wires no matter what size gauge thru, it wont fit. Not to merntion you will need to solder. Do you have a soldering gun?(Gun=More Money) This probably doesnt make sense now, but if you try to do it, you will understand what I mean. I had to try like 4 diff. methods before i could get everything enuff clearnce and wiring fits etc.


So save yourself all the hassle, undu stress, and trouble shooting and let me do it. Again, you just send me the button. I supply everything else. And for an extra 3 dollars i can send you back an extra LED of the same color, or different, so that you can use it to change your hVAC. (The Varad's LEDS come pre-built with resistors so you dont need to Solder anything. Just hook up the pos. and neg wire and your set) Same with the ac button i do for you. All you would need to do when you get it back is just hook up pos. and neg and your set.

So:
10.35 = AC Button Color Change
3.00 = 1 Colored LED of your choice. (i pay 12 for a set of 4 so i make no profit on this)

Put it this way. You go and buy the LEDS and or resistors its gonna cost you more than 10 dollars. Not to mention if you dont have a soldering gun you will need one of those (20+) and soldering wire. Then you still gotta do all the shit. SO just send it to me and make your life easier :)
I test all buttons before i ship them back.

If you are intrested, please respond to this so i can gauge interest. PLease list: the color you would like and if you would be buying any additonal LEDS and if so, how many?

EDIT: I noticed in some write-ups they require you to drill holes making various holes bigger. With mine, you do not need to do any drilling. Its plug-n-play

hmmmm....i would like it in blue with an extra.....now to get the hvac apart...

Bucknutty and any else who needs to get the HVAC apart heres what you need to do.

1.) Take off your side kicker panel on the pass. side.
2.) Look right in the center and you should see a long black wire with a o on the end hooked onto a small plastic thing. Just pull it off. This wire contrls something with your ac. You know that knob right by your cetner vents that u can push up or down. That is what the wire goes to.
3.) Now you need to take pull out your entire center vent piece. It will all come out in one piece. It include your center vents, defroster buttin, hazard button, rear wiper button. You might need to go from behind it and push out. Once its loose, pull it out for enuff until its being held by the wire connections. Then just unplug the connection for your hazards, defroster, and rear wiper.
4.) Now that entire piece should all be out. Just put it to the side.
4) No you can see behind you HVAC. Just unhook the connection to your AC button.
5) On the top of your ac button there will be a clip you push it. Push it while pushing the AC button out (towards you) and the AC button should come out.
6) Ship me the ac button.

What are you talking about?? Is my A/C messed up or something because mine is either pushed in (light turns on) or pushed out (lights off). I don't have no three settings.

i believe that only the 95's have the TWO different settings. Well three i guess OFF - - - A/C - - - MAX A/C

Well I always viewed it as 3 diff cold setting. Cause the temp will change each click for my car at least. Colder->Colder->Coldest

My light is either off(cold), orange(colder), or green(coldest). Well was 3 diff colors. Now its only blue!! A bright ass blue!

Must be a talon thing, my 96 and Jen's 98 don't do that.

mine doesn't do that either, I can only put it on(green light) and shut it off(no light)

just to join the list.. mine has the econo mode and full blast mode for the a/c button.. i believe its just an option when the car was made and such.. just like everything else on our cars consisted as an option for most depending on the model level and such.

I want my AC blue! I already did the HVAC so I know what you mean about the ac being much harder to do..so hood me up thanks! What about the cc and hazard? and I cant remember what else needs to be blue?

95 eclipse have the off--on--max buttom.. 96+ has off--max..
I have a 95 and a 99.. the 99 had the 2.. 95 has 3..

anyways back to work for me..

ProMD, right now im just doing the AC button. I dont gotta do my hazards or nething cause they are painted over. Maybe I will look into those and start doing those too.

PROMOMD check ur mail and is nobody else intrestedt in this, or are you just weary of sending me your ac button without knowing me? If thats the case, then Proomd can be the guinea and tell you all how fly my work is!!

Why don't you go to a junkyard and take about 3-4 of them from a wrecked eclipse/talon and now you have "cores" ?

Make one, ship it, accept payment, owner then ships you his old/stock one...revolving circle, like Hurricane_GS' short shifter thing he's got goin on....

I have no prob sending my shiite out. I jus gotta get around to takin everything out. I should be able to tomorrow after i send a shifter out. I'll letchu know n shiite mang :thumbsup.......definately interested though.

but theres the problem Kapt myke. I was gonna do that but now i cant cause everyone has a diff. AC button setup. Some have to click, some have 3, some have 2. But i could still do it, i would just have to know what type that have before they send me thier core. Also i chcked my gay ass junkyard and they dont have shit. If any of you can get cores for me, I would pay you the price+shipping you paid and do your color change for free. Lemme know if you can get em.

Bucknutty, how soon can you get your HVAC stuff out, I only have 1 blue led left in stock so i that why i can do promd's first cause all he needs is one. If you can get your stuff out soon i will order more blue led's right now.

Oh yah plus there would be no reason really why i would need cores. I can do all color changes the same day i get them. So there is no down-time. Even if i did have cores, i woudlent ship mine out until i got the other persons core. After reading the whole Raizin thing, im sad to say i couldent trust everyone to send me thier core after i send them the new one. sad but true.

ProDMD, i sent u another email. somethings wrong with ur email then cause niether got sent back to me. Anyway, iu finally saw my button at night and this is some bright shit. I mean, imagine ur HVAC lighting times 10. And its a direct beam. I till actually spread some blue light into your car. I didnt hook mine up to my hvac so mine is getting full power. I think u hook it up to ur hvac though, u can adjust the brightness with your little knob.

can do! just to let you know whit this LED it is extermely bright. I might start using lower power led's, but i dont think u wanna wait for me to order new leds to use for you. if u dont like the birghtness of this one, when i get the new ones, i will redo urs free

ya I really want it to match my HVAC brightness. I dont want it to look like a laser beam and all :) have you done your hazard and defrost? or your cc? if you figure those ones out put me on the list! Thanks Jim
