30962, Another X-treme GT hood
Posted by BLKOUT, Sep-13-02 05:14 AM
I guess everyone is prolly getting tired of seeing this hood already. But here are some pics of mine. Also, I have hood pins so maybe it will help out with the "hood pins or not" dilema. Hope you guys like.

That looks awesome......Holy Shit that looks good. I am so getting that hood on my car. I will also be getting hood pins. I've seen what CF hoods do without pins. They fly off and shatter on the persons car behind you. Hehehehehe

look to find the smallest type of pins you can find and have them painted black, you can barley notice them when they are black

damn that looks good...your car is sweet, like the spoiler too!. i have a question for ya: did you redo the seats with red fabric or is it paint. when i did a little testing with red, the color was too dark. but it looks like yours are the red color that i wanted. just curious how you did it. TIA

They are done in grey/red tweed. I don't think paint would hold up too well with getting in & out alot. Thanks for the comps BTW.

Did you do the tweed yourself? I can do door panels and such, but the seats baffle me.

Looks great...how much are these hoods btw? I would really want one with just one center scoop, but they don't make it I don't think.

I think that I am probably the only person on here that isn't a big fan of that hood but it looks REALLY good on your car.

Me neither, it's not for my taste. But it still looks ok I think. I wouldn't put it on my car...

go there for pics of his car. I definitely plan on getting that spoiler, but I want some sideskirts first. And then I will get the Rudora front :)

It was BLKOUT back then too. It's just been awhile since I've been around. Yeah there are a few shots of the spoiler on my site. I will try and get some better ones for ya though. Thanks guys.
