30056, Best place to buy a *High* quality fiberglass blitz front end?

Hey Guys,

I just got a urethane blitz from end online (ebay) and the fitment sucks. I am *so* pissed. I've been to several body shops around here and they said it was awful quality. As I'm sure you can tell I'm in a "send me my money back or get sued" kind of mood.

Anyway I really need to get a new one installed by the 13th because I'm driving down to Cape Hattaras in NC on vacation. So I'm thinking my best best is just to get a fiberglass one? I want to make sure the fitment is as close to perfect as possible.

Anyway, I'm attaching pictures of the kit installed. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on fixing it or should I just get a new one like I'm thinking?

Thanks,
Fearless

That is REALLY bad sagging. I don't know how to fix that. It would have been much easier if it was fiberglass...I say send it back and get a new one from somewhere else. I read stories about how certain urethane kits fit horribly, but maybe some on on here can help you out with where they got a good fitting urethane blitz. THe mold might actually have gotten messed up over time too.

You know 2GNT should have?..
They should have a "beware of this eBay seller list", so we can know what and how the conditions of their kits and other parts REALLY are.

I spent almost $400. on this front end. Getting what you pay for isn't necessarily true.

If you want an excellent quality blitz kit, go with vis racing, I think they are the guys that originally came up with that kit anyway. Its called the battle Z kit. Ithink that evolved into bz, then into blitz.

I have the VIS blitz sides and rear. The rear had a huge gap near the tailights that I was picky about and had to fill in. The sides fit great on one side, and had a gap on the other side that had to be filled in. no body kit will fit perfect, so just expect to do some modifications...

Honestly,
Aerotrends.com

They were the most knowledgable people in the business.. I got the blue fiberglass kit for my car and the fitament was great except for the rear gap above the lights.. no big deal...

A really good price too.. Came to be like 120.00 for the front end. Talk to them and haggle them down. That's what I did and it was at my door in 3 days.

Well actually I didnt do any haggling.. I just called them up once and asked the price on it and they gave me a price and then a shipped price. And I called them back like the next day or maybe it was later that day and they ask if you talked to anyone and I was like.. Well, ya, I talked to someone, but I dont remember who and they quoted me a price of XXX.XX shipped to my door (the XXX.XX was the price they gave me before the hundred bucks to ship) and The dude was like.. well hmm... OK. ya we can do that price and asked for my info and I gave it to them and voila, four days later (I ordered on A Friday night), monday It was there.

Seriously though, just talk to them get them the lowest price you can get shipped and then call back later and tell them that price included shipping to your residential address but tell them it'd be shipped to a business address.. Or just make up a name for your business of your house If you know you'll be there all day..

EDIT: Oh ya, I bought a full kit, but they way that they priced it was 120 for the skirts, 120 for the front, and 120 for the rear and then the shipping..

Not too bad for a blue fiberglass kit ;-)
