Well . I left a can of compressed air in my backseat (idiot) and it got so hot oin my car that it exploded. :\ It tore and ripped holes and tears in my entire backseat and even busted a hole in my back plastic panel. I found the can on the inside of the panel where my rear speaker is. So... I need a new backseat. Anyone know where I can find one other than the dealer? I need the entire backseat. Thanks.

I have a back seat that's gonna be coming out. Make an offer and i'll see what i can do as far as shipping. It's grey cloth, mint except i think there is a cigarette burn on one part.

A friend of mine removed her gray leather back seats. I think she's building a stereo that will take their place, so I can see if she wants to sell them if someone wants them.

DAMN!!!! That totally sucks....I would do a comprehensive insurance claim and get a whole new interior. It would just cost your deductable and shouldn't raise your rates.

dude, they are right, file an ins claim, tell your insurance company you left the window down and someone threw that that thing in. that way you can fix everything.

Good idea. It does look like someone just took a knife and cut it up and hit the side panel with something.
I called mit. dealer and they want $450+ tax just for the bottom section.

Does anyone know if anyone makes an aftermarket backseat?

i dont know about the whole seat, but you can get after market covers, then have someone re-upholster them for ya. much cheaper to go that route i think, plus you can get leather, and any color you want! eventually i wanna do both front and black with white leather.

Well , just got back from Allstate. They gave me $500. So , I think I'm going to take out the back seat and just carpet it and buy 2 front racing seats. :)

I hate paying insurance every month but sometimes it sure does pay off. Good to hear its gonna work out. :)
