Is there a way where I can like have a removable tint or sometype of paintable removal adhesive, so I can color the middle part, with out having permanent colors..

there are a couple companies that sell the black out covers (gts is the only one that i can think of at the moment)... you could paint the center piece and slang the outter pieces. other than that... vinyl stickers could be an option.

my suggestion would be to see if you can find someone who has altezza lights that didnt install the middle piece... You could buy just the middle piece from them and then just paint that piece and keep your stock piece on the side. I am not using my middle altezza piece with my altezzas, but its in NY and Im currently in Maryland.

the center piece of altezza leak like hell. Don't use it. Use put some kind of sicker there.

I had the center piece on my altezzas on for 2 years without a leak....

but i covered up the key hole ;)

there are vinyl decals to fit the center piece on ebay. search mitsubishi eclipse

Would I be able to remove the decal without scratching up the lens?

I have a carbon fiber altezza center piece for sale for 20 bux shipped. You can check it for leaks in a bucket or something and if it leaks then just put some clear silicone on that spot.
