Wow your interior is.... Very patriotic!!
Anyhow, how many coats of paint are on there? How well did you prep all the surfaces? Did it get really hot outside soon after you painted everything? How long has it been painted?

Lemme ask you this, the peices that the paint is cracking on...are they the plastic peices or the vinyl peices? I think you are having problems with the plastic peices and if so use regular krylon paint with clear coat. But if you have the money get some SEM paint it works the best and you will be very happy with the end result...its worth it in my opinion. If you have anymore questions lemme know.

plastic peices must be sanded!
Most spray can paints wear off, thats why I got all of my stuff sanded, preped, primered, and painted with autobody paint. That stuf isn't going anywhere.

As for the vinyl, soap and water before and scrub. You will need MANY MANY coats for it to come out correct. Hang in there.
