I was thinking about doing this myself when I re-do my headliner. I would think you would just use the same paint as they used in the post about them painting their seats. I was gonna do mine Blue after I get my paintjob, but like a "candy" blue sort-of. I think you just get some kind pof Dupont paint, they explained all the paint in the seat painting article. Hope it helps! Later

I just redid my headliner with actual headliner material and I used the vinyl dye to do the sunvisors and the sliding sunroof boards and it worked really good and looked just like the redone headliner. I used the duplicolor fabric and vinyl dye. But plasticote has some too I think. Hope this helps yah.

i've painted my head liner. it works fine. don't bother with the vynal/material paint it will just flake off after a week or so. trust me. i used generic spray paint from wall mart i also painted my visors and carpet which also worked fine.
hope this helps

mines been done for 3 weeks with the duplicolor fabric and vinyl dye and its still going strong. Now regular paint will be tacky and will stay tacky in the heat.

the dupilicolor fabric and vinyl paint won't chip off I've had my seats and side fabric done with them for awhile now. I just used felt for my headliner
