What are some of the neat things I can do with photosop. I just got the trial thing and I was wondering where do I get the plug-ins, and what are the cool ones?? I also want to see some stuff you people did on photoshop. Umm...I think thats it. THANKS!!

Here's a background that I made a while ago. Photoshop's a great program, but most people don't have patience to understand & use it. I use it every day. I switched out the rims, created the Mitsu Eclipse 2g NT in Adobe Illustrator & imported it. Used lens flare on the headlights & driving lights. All the other effects I believe were original filters with the full program. I'm not sure what comes with the trial version, but I'm sure it's stripped down considerably.

Here's a graphics idea that I'll probably use when & if I decide to use it. The car was done in Illustrator, & I then lowered the car, put my Motegi's on it. Created the projector headlights, taillights, clear corners, adjusted the rear spoiler to make it look more like a WW 3 piece, put my pearl blue fade in at the bottom & also added the exhaust. It's kind of funny because this was designed before I did anything with my car. Now all I'm missing is the graphics on the sides.

heres a couple that i did. i just started playing with photoshop a few weeks ago. take the time to learn and understand "layers". once you figure that out the rest is fairly easy.

Thanks for the complements on the kit. I'm still a novice so I'm not very familier with the plug-ins. The kit was all done by using the smudge tool, cuting and pasting, and the paintbrush.

I wish I had tthe skill to actually build something like that.

I have to agree layers are you friend.

Diamn if sumone could actually make that body kit I WOULD BUY IT SO FAST...where did you get that front from? I think I saw one like on on asylumms.com but yea if sumbody could make that front it would be tight GOOD JOB

I didn't use any other pictures to PhotoChop the picture. I just cut & pasted, smudged, painted, etc from that same picture.

I was inspired by the 360 Modena and 2G 3000GT

Man that kit is off the hook....U should try and pitch it to a body kit distributer..... you might be able to make some cash. and I would deffinetly put that on my ride.

Na don't send it to VIS... send it to a good company, someone that will actually produce a good quality kit... and deliver it within a reasonable time. I hear Wholehyper.com is pretty good. or u might try wings west or eribuni... they are both in a bad need for new kits...

I'd be afraid to try to pitch it to a bodykit manufacturer. They probably laugh in my face then 3 months later that kit would be for sale.

I wish I could build it, but I don't have the money/skill/tools/spare car to do it.


I've done big sculpture projects before (search the pits for the story of a 5'6" squirrel.) But I don't have any experiance with fiberglass. Maybe one of these years. Anyone in New England want to donate some garage space? :+

copyright the design and then pitchit to the company. THen if they use it you get paid. To copyright something you don't need the actual product, you just need the idea. Alexander graham bell didn't have a working phone when he copyrighted the telephone, he just had the idea. That design is hella sweet you should at least look into pitching it.
