I am perty sure that the motor died on my drivers side power window...It sux even worse cuz its stuck half way and we are expected to be getting rained on soon, from what i hear. I have tried just pulling it up and that only worked so much. Any recommendations???

try to give the motor 12vdc straight on the terminals, maybe the switch is just bad, if not either just cover it with plastic till you can fix it, or I would think that if you removed the motor the track should be able to be raised by hand, and if not you could always take the motor from the other side and hook it up in place of the bad one, just make sure the other window is rolled up :)

i jus thought about that motor idea to day as my gf ripped off my door skin while i was driving...Since its apart i might as well....thanks guys :D

Now how might one remove the motors??? I tried and i oculdn't even really get it started...took out a few screws and i can now move my window up and down by hand though.....jus don't stay half the time
