I have a northstar white RS. I just bought some stock 16" 97+ GS wheels from a guy on DSMtrader.

I have a buddy who will powder coat the wheels for me. I am seriously considering doing them in black and getting a black CF hood to go along with the wheels.

In my head the idea looks GREAT but I was wondering what you guys thought. I really wanta do this but I dunno if it will look as good as it does in my head. Plus I think my black door handles and side veiw mirros might actually look a little better with this setup... Opinions please!

I personally think black on white looks good. I think it is
xEclipse RaceRx that has a white car with gunmetal wheels, looks pretty good.

I think white eclipse with cf hood and black rims looks so F@$kin good.

I like the idea with the black CF hood, that would be tight, and even black wheels, but not stockers...go for some rims like the Kaptain or FasterGS, that would look good!

Thank you all for your comments. I dropped my rims off to be powder coated today. I agree with the stockers not looking as good as some aftermarket 17's. I wish I had the cash to buy some 17's right now :(

And Kaptin, yeah...hehehe:) Guess it won't be stock appearing anymore...but I think I can live with it :thumbsup

Personally... I hate all black rims... they just don't look good to me... when ur sitting still they look like they need hub caps.... and when they are spinning ur rims just look DAMN dirty... but hey thats just my opinion.
