No you can't mold urethane side skirts to the car. You can only do that with fiberglass. Bondo will not stick to urethane.

Nope, that's why usually you can't modify urethane bumpers to have new vents, or to fix the fitment. That's also why most kits are fiberglass, and all wide body kits are also fiberglass. Urethane is too soft and flexible to mold to the car and the bondo just doesn't stick to it. BTW, fiberglass also will not stick to urethane well at all.
