Ok I have my headliner out and reapoulstered and Ive sprayed my sunvisors already but I just can't get my sliding sunroof boards out. I don't want to bend them to get them out in fear they will not take their original shape. If anyone knows how to get them out lemme know. tia

open the sunroof to the point where it comes allthe way up but not back. then get out of the car and look in and you should see some spring loaded clip deals that hold it in. Hope that helps.

I see them but I don't see how they come out. Plus its like 100 degrees here right now and with my car being black...I was buring my fingers tring to move the clips and there is hardly any room to get my fingers in to get them out. I have no idea what to do.

You have to remove your sunroof if you want to put it back in correctly anyways. That is the only pain in the ass I had throught the whole headliner ordeal. Just remove the sunroof with those 6 star pattern screws and now remove the sliding sunroof piece. Same way to put it back in. There are retainer spring loaded things inside both sides and u have to slide the boards back in a certain way anyways to get the springs to catch again...or u will break them...so thats why the sunroof has to come off.
