That's the stock 95-96 bumper with TC spoilers lip molded to it. I think Tusami also makes that lip.

That last on on the bottom right... the Eclipse on the lift looks like a 97-99 Eclipse with that same bumper but with 97-99 headlights.

Would that lip fit on a Talon?
