Well after removing the old window tint on my car and cleaning all the remaining glue off, I noticed that the glass is stained with these white spots (about the size of quarters) all over the rear and front, you can only see them if you standing at a certain angle with the light, anyone ever heard of this or how to remove them. So far I tried cleaning the glass with windex with and without amonia, soapy water, and using a fine wool brush but no luck.

hmm...is it on the inside of the glass or the outside?..i have seen many times some whitish marks on the outside of glass before, but def not the size of quarters...very weird...Try and use some paste wax on the glass and see what that does...try and buff them out, it works sometimes...
