Spray ONE light , very light coat. Bake in your mom's oven in the kitchen on 500 for 20-40 minutes... Let cool down. Serves 4-6 people. Bone-apetite.

So what should I do about cleaning it off, do I need to be careful about anything, I know in the valve cover gasket VFAQ it says to be very careful about getting dust into the valve cover... Seems like if I need to clean it off or paint it that might be bad. Let me know I just dont want to blow anything up :) Thanks!

Oh and do I need to remove the old black paint or should I just paint right over it?

lol Yes I was serious.

Remove the valve cover completely. Soak in engine degreaser or spray with degreaser and clean up real good like with soap and water afterwards. Make sure its dry and do what I said above. (Minus the serves 4-6 people) :)
